Tonight is NEW MOON and this is the most powerful time to manifest dreams.
1. Be Grateful
Many people wants their dreams to come true right now, but they forget to be grateful of what they already have. At the top of your mind, what are the 10 things that you are grateful for?
Examples: I’m grateful to be paid this month, I’m grateful to have family, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to eat 3 times a day, etc…
Set your own timeline or schedule. You can do this for the next 3 days, 2 weeks, 6 months or 3 years. The more you do it, the faster you manifest your dreams.
2. Have a Vision Board
Your vision board can be filled with images OR words – stick it notes, written notes, images that you print out, photographs, be as creative as possible 🙂
Things that can be on your vision board – 2020 resolution, words of wisdom you resonate to, image of dream house/car, list of qualities of your dream partner, etc
3. Scripting
Scripting is something I encourage all my clients to do during the full moon. You write out something that you want to manifest and you write it like you’ve already owned it!
For example: Such wonderful feeling to win a noble prize for my PhD thesis, It’s amazing to have a billionaire husband to supports my dreams and invest in my businesses that can help improve humanity, etc
The “formula” for scripting is 1 X 11, 3 X 33, 7 X 77, so on and so forth
This means that you write your wishes 11 times for 1 day or 33 times (per day) for 3 days or 77 times (per day) for 7 days straight. You can do as many times you want so long as you have the patience and persistence 🙂
